His niche, however, is in development, commercial construction, condominium association, retail, industrial, manufacturing, and multi-family real estate projects. Ryan’s experience and unique skillset combined with Highland Bank’s responsiveness result in creative and timely solutions for his clients and prospects. Highland’s lending capacity meets most borrowers’ needs but when necessary, they work with a network of lenders that allow them to expand their capacity. These capabilities combined with Highland’s SBA Preferred Lender status allows Ryan and Highland Bank to meet clients’ needs in a way that most banks do not. When Ryan is not helping his customers grow their business, he enjoys managing his own investments, spending time outdoors, working on classic cars, and spending time with his wife and family.
