Community Giving
Community Involvement Plan and Policies
As a member of an interdependent community, Highland Bank would like to help other community members. This assistance may be in the form of time, talent and money. Bank ownership and management believes that individuals and corporations are responsible for finding ways to improve the communities in which they do business. Bank employees are important stakeholders in the bank and many bank employees are involved with charitable organizations within the communities we serve and the bank supports its employees in their commitments to helping organizations in need. Furthermore, as a leader in the community, the bank must provide an example in charitable giving. The bank has established a Community Involvement Plan and Policies to acheive these goals.
